Jean Lewis is a 43 year resident of Henniker, having raised her family within the community. A REALTOR since 1983, she opened her own office in 1987 and has focused her practice on serving Henniker and the immediate neighboring communities.

Jean had the honor of being selected as Concord Board of REALTORS 1998 REALTOR of the Year. She is a graduate of the REALTOR Institute, and holder of the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation. Jean is a professional standards trainer for the National Association of REALTORS, and has held numerous offices in the REALTOR Association. She is past President of the Concord Board of REALTORS for the year 2001. Jean attended training at the National Association of REALTORS in August 2001 to become a Mediation trainer, as well as, a Mediator for the New Hampshire Association of Realtors, and the Concord Board of Realtors. Jean is the incoming President of the Henniker Rotary Club.

Julie Fuller, Realtor, CBRLMC

Julie welcomes you to life in southern New Hampshire! As a lifelong resident of Henniker, Julie offers the unique perspective and background only available through a true native of the area.  Well invested in her community, Julie volunteers with community programs, Girl Scouts, and Henniker’s Rotary Club, while raising her two daughters in an active community.


As a Realtor since 2003, Julie’s background in real estate encompasses roles as a Personal Assistant to an owner broker, as a Title Closer for a title company. Her degree in Psychology, a background in human services and in business management complements Julie’s real estate experience.

As a Certified Buyer’s Representative, Julie has a high quality of ethics, responsiveness, and easy rapport with all buyers, especially those purchasing their first home. With her Loss Mitigation Certification Julie is prepared and well experienced in guiding prospective Buyers and Sellers through the sometimes complex Short Sale and Foreclosure process of property sales. Edward Ulmer

Edward Ulmer was born and raised in Henniker and has recently returned to the community. Ed has both his Massachusetts and New Hampshire real estate licenses and has been a REALTOR since 1999. He has served as the director of tourism in Mt. Desert Island (Acadia National Park) Maine and Plymouth Massachusetts and has worked for a large mall developer in New England. With this background he has a strong understanding of all aspects of Real Estate including land, leasing, commercial, retail, rentals, single home and the more subtle quality of life aspects.
Most recently, Ed works with a start up Software Company who is developing database systems that manage assets. The software is directed at the Vacation Rental and Real Estate Industry and he has significant contact with real estate professionals through out the country. This insight allows Ed understanding in national, regional and local trends that can assist customers in finding the right property for their needs. It also gives him a large referral database to assist customers with relocation needs.
Ed has been very valuable with his home communities and has been elected to a number of boards including, The Plymouth Visitor Services Board, Down Town Harbor Corporation, Open Space Committee and the Board of Directors of Boggy Brook Regional Vocational Tech.
Currently, Ed is restoring a 200-year-old house on 48 acres of land in Henniker. He enjoys soccer, skiing, scuba diving, kayaking, and tennis and has traveled extensively in Asia, South America, Europe and the United States. He is married and has two daughters. Ed is honest and enthusiastic and works hard to service his customers.
